EQUAL PAY FOR EQUAL WORK OR WORK OF EQUAL VALUE: CONCEPT AND APPLICATION

Sažetak
Уставом Републике Србије и законима запосленима се гарантује једнака зарада за исти рад или рад исте вредности који остварују код послодавца. Под радом једнаке вредности подразумева се рад за који се захтева исти степен стручне спреме, односно образовања, знања и способности, у коме је остварен једнак радни допринос уз једнаку одговорност. Аутори у раду, користећи нормативни и упоредноправни метод, представљају нормативно уређење и примену принципа једнаке зараде за исти рад или рад исте вредности, као и појам и правну природу истог рада или рада исте вредности и права на накнаду штете са кључним примерима судске праксе.
