Objavlјivanje dečijih fotografija na društvenim mrežama: Sociološko-pravni aspekti
Sažetak
Objavlјivanje fotografija dece putem društvenih mreža može da predstavlјa opasnu aktivnost. Kad roditelјi objavlјuju fotografije svoje dece, oni su slobodni u tom izboru. Međutim, ukoliko to vrše druga lica, može se postaviti pitanje postojanja saglasnosti roditelјa za njihovo objavlјivanje. Nijedan propis na nacionalnom nivou ne predviđa obaveznu saglasnost oba roditelјa u takvim situacijama. Na osnovu analize sadržaja relevantnih međunarodnih dokumenata i propisa, autor nastoji da ukaže na potrebu unapređenja postojećih rešenja kako bi se sprečile potencijalne zloupotrebe.
