Umreženi mobing u visokoškolskim institucijama i njegove posledice na širu akademsku zajednicu u Srbiji
Sažetak
Pojava da više osoba zlostavlja jednu osobu i po vertikali i po horizontali – umreženi mobing u akademskoj zajednici dobija sve veće razmere u Srbiji, kao posledica teške ekonomske situacije i pada morala čitavog društva. Umreženi mobing je mnogo perfidniji i mnogo teži oblik od mobinga koji sprovodi samo jedna osoba. Mobing negativno utiče na kvalitet života žrtve i njene porodice i može biti letalan po žrtvu. Posledica umreženog mobinga na širu akademsku zajednicu je negativna selekcija kadrova, počevši od najnižeg nivoa hijerarhijske lestvice akademskih zvanja, koje karakteriše oportunističko-konformističko ponašanje i nedostatak integriteta, a krajnji ishod takve selekcije je da se profesori ne oglašavaju povodom kupovine diploma i plagijata političara. U radu su dati predlozi za suzbijanje negativne selekcije kadrova uslovljene mobingom.
