Neki „pokazatelji” za „merenje” patriotizma u savremenom svetu
Sažetak
Danas postoje razni trendovi (kao što su mešanje vlade u privatne živote lјudi, smanjenje državne podrške i uticaja u društvenoj sferi i globalizacija koja svet čini manjim) koji komplikuju sociološko proučavanje patriotizma na tradicionalan način – kao vrednosnu orijetaciju koja se meri jednostavnim pitanjima o nečijem znanju, osećanjima, aktivnostima i samoidentifikacijom. Stoga je potrebno identifikovati nekoliko okvira za empirijsko proučavanje patriotizma. Prva dimenzija je tradicionalno patriotsko raspoloženje – niz stabilnih kognitivnih, afektivnih i bihejvioralnih vrednosnih orijentacija. Druga dimenzija je sačinjena od različitih komponenata društvenog blagostanja povezanog prvenstveno sa procenama života u zemlјi. Treća dimenzija se sastoji od stalnih stereotipa susednih i drugih zemalјa u geopolitičkom kontekstu. Četvrta dimenzija je rezultat političkih odluka koje se odnose na pitanja nacionalne bezbednosti. Politički lideri Rusije povezuju trgovinu hrane sa nacionalnom bezbednošću; stoga se nebezbednost hrane stvara iz političkih razloga kako bi se podržala nacionalna bezbednost ili (hrana) nacionalizam.
