Sažetak


U radu se obrađuju svetska iskustva u testiranju i prihvatanju vozila bez vozača, ističe se značaj pravnog regulisanja autonomnih vozila posebno kroz analizu pravne regulative u državi koja je najviše postigla u razvoju ove tehnologije i njenoj današnjoj upotrebi, pruža sociološka dimenzija upotrebe ovih vozila, a potom razmatra i odnos Republike Srbije prema vozilima budućnosti i prednosti i nedostaci koje ona donose. Pravni uslovi samo su jedna, ali značajna prepreka za vozila bez vozača, mada se okolnosti u ovoj oblasti postupno menjaju.
