Adolescentske vršnjačke grupe i zloupotreba droga

Sažetak


Zloupotreba droge je važan problem savremenog doba. Posledice koje ona ima za društvo, državu i zdravlje pojedinaca zahtevaju temeljna i hitna naučna istraživanja svih njenih aspekata. Istraživanje etiologije zloupotreba droge u populaciji mladih u Srbiji jedan je od takvih projekata. Ovo istraživanje je obavljeno na reprezentativnom uzorku od 1287 učenika srednjih škola u Beogradu, podeljenih u dve grupe: one koji zloupotrebljavaju drogu i one koji nemaju kontakt s drogom. Cilj rada bio je da se identifikuju rizični faktori unutar vršnjačkih grupa koji mogu imati prediktivnu vrednost i poslužiti kao osnov za preventivne intervencije. Analiza podataka urađena je kanoničkom diskriminativnom analizom, posebno za dečake i devojke. Rezultati istraživanja su pokazali da kod adolescenata postoje tri oblika zloupotreba droge: 1) samo korišćenje, 2) korišćenje i rasturanje i 3)samo rasturanje droge. Prediktori tih ponašanja koji pripadaju vršnjačkim grupama su: pritisak grupe da se koristi droga, opažanje pojedinca da članovi grupe koriste drogu, korišćenje alkohola u grupi, bavljenje pojedinih članova grupe kriminalom i pozitivan stav članova grupe prema kršenju zakona. Prediktorski uticaji ovih varijabli razlikuju se zavisno od oblika zloupotreba droge i od pola ispitanika.
