Da li je rušenje rodnih stereotipa ključ za porast fertiliteta u Srbiji?

Sažetak


Centralno pitanje ovog rada jeste da li promena tradicionalne podele rodnih uloga zaista jeste faktor koji bi stope rađanja u Srbiji približio nivou potrebnom za prostu reprodukciju. Veza između rodnih modela i stopa fertiliteta u evropskim državama koje se odlikuju različitim rodnim režimima diskutuje se na osnovu relevantne demografske literature i statističkih podataka. Takođe, rezultati realizovanih istraživanja u Srbiji su osnova za razmatranje rodnih modela unutar porodice i rodnog aspekta roditeljstva kao faktora odlučivanja o rađanju. Specifičnosti ekonomskog razvoja i rasprostranjene kulturne norme o rodnim ulogama, determinišu vezu i uticaj rodnog odnosa na visinu fertiliteta. U tim okvirima se nazire i odgovor na pitanje koje je usmerilo ovaj rad.
