Sažetak


Deregulacija medijske sfere i izgradnja novog regulatornog okvira, započeta u Srbiji krajem prošlog veka, trebalo je da doprinese približavanju razvijenim zemljama Evrope. Međutim, proces vlasničke transformacije i kreiranja medijskog tržišta koji je usledio samo je ozvaničio nove medijske monopole, pri čemu su povremeno kvalitetna zakonska rešenja marginalizovana lošom i nedoslednom primenom. Uokviravanje komunikacijskih slika u iskrivljene medijske ramove osnažilo je negativnu percepciju u društvu, jer su se izostankom medijskog diverziteta u izveštavanju u prvom planu našli tabloidni i senzacionalistički diskursi. Promene na koje ukazujemo transformišu smisao novinarske paradigme. Privatne medijske korporacije i digitalizovane platforme, orijentisane na budžetske dotacije, konstruišu partijski poželjne narative, postajući deo propagandno-klijentelističke industrije.
