Marginalizacija starih osoba u Srbiji
Sažetak
Polazna pretpostavka u radu je da su stare osobe marginalizovani u Srbiji, uzimajući u obzir gotovo sve dimenzije socijalne isključenosti, te da je njihova isključenost iz društva u velikoj meri posledica loše ekonomske situacije u državi, kao i loše socijalne politike koja ne prepoznaje značajan doprinos koji bi penzioneri mogli da daju društvu, ukoliko bi im se pružila šansa i motivacija za takvu vrstu aktivnosti.
Cilj rada je utvrditi da li su stare osobe (penzioneri) u Srbiji marginalizovani, odnosno, društveno isključeni. Potom, ukoliko jesu, utvrditi u kojim dimenzijama se njihova društvena isključenost ispoljava i u kojoj meri. Osim toga, važno je utvrditi i koji činioci dovode do marginalizovanog položaja penzionera, kako bismo navedeni problem sagledali u celini.
U radu je dat prikaz teorija i definicija kojima se objašnjava problem marginalizacije i socijalne isključenosti, a potom su analizirani statistički podaci kojima raspolažu državne institucije, poput Republičkog zavoda za statistiku, Nacionalne službe za zapošljavanje, Fonda za penzijsko i invalidsko osiguranje, itd.
Rezultati istraživanja su pokazali da su stare osobe u Srbiji u velikoj meri marginalizovani i socijalno isključeni, posebno na polju društvenih aktivnosti. Njihova društvena isključenost je posledica loše ekonomske situacije u državi, njihove loše finansijske situacije lošeg zdravlja, nedovoljnog obrazovanja i kvalifikacija, kao i stereotipa koji u Srbiji vladaju o starim osobama.
