Teorijski dometi izučavanja energetske bezbednosti kao globalnog izazova u međunarodnim odnosima

Sažetak


Od prvih otkrića fosilnih goriva krajem XIX veka do danas značaj energetskih resursa dobija globalne razmere, ne samo u ekonomskom, političkom i socijalnom smislu, već postaju nezaobilazan faktor nacionalne i međunarodne bezbednosti. Energenti su postali važan faktor međunarodne saradnje (gasovodi, naftovodi), ali i otvorenih i prikrivenih sukoba i tenzija (naftni šokovi, gasne krize, ekonomske sankcije). U radu se analizira razvoj teorijskih pravaca studija bezbednosti posle Drugog svetskog rata i njegove slabosti u poimanju značaja i uloge energetske bezbednosti u složenim međunarodnim odnosima. Cilj rada je, da se uz pomoć sektorske teorije i globalnog sociološkog pristupa, sagledaju i objasne energetski resursi kao važan faktor nacionalne i međunarodne bezbednosti i njihova međuzavisnost i usloženost ekonomskim, vojnim, političkim, socijetalnim i ekološkim pojavama.
