Kriza izazvana koronavirusom kao svetski istorijski događaj u digitalnoj eri

Sažetak


Svetski istorijski događaj poput pandemije COVID-19 još jednom je potvrdio da živimo u krajnje povezanom svetskom društvu i da se u današnje vreme epidemije više ne smatraju samo prirodnim pojavama. U takvom kontekstu, ovaj rad ima cilj da protumači složeni odnos između društva i virusa COVID-19, sa naglaskom na ulozi koju imaju razne sile u oblasti informacione politike i javnih percepcija uopšte. Iz tog razloga elaboriramo kulturološke faktore, kao i emocije poput odgovornosti, poverenja i straha tokom krize. Takođe smo se usredsredili na dinamiku savremenih medija u vezi sa javnim predstavama o pandemiji, oslanjajući se na relevantne nalaze. U celini, time se u novom sociološkom i interdisciplinarnom svetlu prikazuje sadašnja pandemija kao odnosni proces i fenomen pokrenut digitalnim medijima.
