Policijska supkultura i uticaj "mačizma" na položaj žena u policiji

Sažetak


Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je da se utvrdi položaj žena u policiji s obzirom na to, da se policijska profesija tradicionalno smatra muškom, u kojoj se lako uočava prisustvo ,,mačizma”. Samim tim, bilo je potrebno istražiti kakvi su stavovi, vrednosti i uverenja među pripadnicima policije, koji čine svaku supkulturu, pa tako i policijsku. U tu svrhu anketirano je 90 policijskih službenika muškog i ženkog pola, koji su radno angažovani u Policijskoj upravi u Sremskoj Mitrovici. Rezultati empirijskog istraživanja pokazali su da postoji pomak na planu integracije žena u policiji. Međutim, i dalje su prisutne značajne razlike, između ispitanika muškog i ženskog pola, u poimanju kompetentnosti žena za policijski posao.
