Multisektorska saradnja u slučajevima nasilja u porodici iz ugla centra za socijalni rad
Sažetak
Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je da se utvrdi trenutno stanje u kom se nalazi multisektorska saradnja između nadležnih državnih organa i ustanova, predviđena Zakonom o sprečavanju nasilja u porodici, a prepoznata kao temelj sprečavanja nasilja u porodici i pružanja zaštite i podrške žrtvama. Do empirijskih nalaza došlo se anketiranjem 43 zaposlenih u centrima za socijalni rad na području Sremskog upravnog okruga, koji postupaju u slučajevima porodičnog nasilja. Nakon prikupljanja podataka, a radi njihovog sređivanja, primenjena je statistička metoda na nivou deskriptivne statistike i u tu svrhu korišćen je statistički softverski paket SPSS (ver. 20). Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su efikasnost međusobne saradnje nadležnih organa, ali i neophodnost nastavka rada na reformi navedenog zakonskog teksta.
