Meka moć Kine i Balkan

Sažetak


Snažan ekonomski razvoj Narodne Republike Kine u poslednjim decenijama, uz jačanje vojne moći i izraženi politički uticaj učinili su Kinu pored SAD i Ruske Federacije velikom silom u međunarodnim odnosima. Ono što Kinu čini posebnom u globalnom poretku jeste njena sve veća meka moć koja je profiliše kao poželjnog partnera za saradnju. Kina je ekonomski i politički „prisutna” u svim delovima sveta, a u poslednjoj deceniji više nego ikad pre i na Balkanu. Odnosi Kine sa državama na Balkanu su u usponu i sve sadržajniji, a najrazvijeniji su sa Srbijom. Rad će istražiti elemente „meke moći” Kine i na koji način Kina koristi tu moć u saradnji sa balkanskim državama, kao i razloge koji su izdvojili Srbiju u saradnji sa Kinom, u odnosu na ostale balkanske države. Biće učinjen pokušaj i da se odgovori na pitanje benefita država Balkana u saradnji sa Kinom, zašto SAD i EU imaju negativan stav prema saradnji Kine sa balkanskim državama, i da li je takav odnos motivisan samo ekonomskim razlozima ili postoje i drugi, geopolitički interesi.
