Socijalna izolovanost policijskih službenika

Sažetak


Teorijski deo istraživanja odnosi se na analizu teorijske građe koja se odnosi na policijsku supkulturu, s težištem na socijalnoj izolovanosti policajaca. Time se došlo do teorijskih stavova, na osnovu kojih su formulisana pitanja u anketnim upitnicima. Formulisana su dva upitnika, od kojih se jedan odnosio na stavove građana, a drugi na stavove policajaca o socijalnoj izolovanosti policijskih službenika. Ukupno je anketirano 100 građana Sremske Mitrovice i 100 policijskih službenika Policijske uprave u Sremskoj Mitrovici. Istraživanjem se došlo do potvrde postojanja socijalne izolovanosti policijskih službenika, njenoj percepciji od strane građana i policajaca, uzrocima, manifestacijama, posledicama, preporukama i ograničenjima u primeni zaključaka do kojih se došlo.
