Osnaživanje poljoprivrednica u jugoistočnoj Srbiji: studija slučaja

Sažetak


Osnaživanje žena u poljoprivredi se sagledava na osnovu dva indikatora: kontrole nad proizvodnim resursima i odlučivanju u vezi sa poljoprivrednom proizvodnjom. Cilj istraživanja je utvrđivanje stepena osnaženosti poljoprivrednica u jugoistočnoj Srbiji. Pošlo se od pretpostavke da je nizak stepen osnaženosti poljoprivrednica u ovom delu Srbije. Empirijskim istraživanjem, pomoću posebno konstruisanog upitnika, obuhvaćene su 132 poljoprivrednice sa teritorije opštine Svrljig. Na osnovu dobijenih rezultata uočen je nizak stepen osnaženosti žena koje se bave poljoprivredom, jer je nizak postotak žena vlasnik poljoprivrednih resursa i samostalno donosi odluke o poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji. Dobijeni rezultati su značajni jer ukazuju na neophodnost daljeg ispitivanja stepena osnaženosti i izračunavanja indeksa osnaživanja žena u poljoprivredi, kao i na potrebu preduzimanja određenih mera na lokalnom, regionalnom i državnom nivou.
