Kriza Zapada, otpor Rusije i rat – paradigmatične promene sveta

Sažetak


Kriza Zapada se sagledava kroz posustajanje širenja postmoderne paradigme na nezapadne delove sveta. Zapad je zakoračio u postmodernu krajem 20. veka, kada je liberalizam ostao jedini u političkom polju, a bipolarni međunarodni poredak ravnoteže snaga bio srušen. Liberalna postmodernizacija sveta, započeta globalizacijom, bila je neumoljiva. Postmoderni liberalizam se nametao celom svetu kao jedina ideološka matrica, a globalno tržište i globalne korporacije su diktirali odnose u svetu. Vestfalski sistem međunarodnih odnosa, kao jedna od preostalih modernih kategorija koja podrazumeva primat suverene države, počeo je nestajati. Međutim, moć hegemona SAD, kao vojnog, političkog i ideološkog zaštitnika globalizacije i postmoderne, počela je da opada 2008. godine (sila u opadanju). S druge strane, javljao se otpor nametanju postmoderne. Rusija prva donosi antiliberalne i antiglobalizacijske zakone (2013) pa Zapad počinje postmodernu kampanju protiv Rusije. SAD i Zapad, suočeni sa sve većim otporima, okreću se geopolitičkim strategijama iz perioda moderne kako bi sačuvali hegemoniju. Protiv Rusije se geopolitički upotrebljava Ukrajina (kao postmoderna tvorevina u posredničkom ratu protiv Rusije). Rusija se ideološki i geopolitički suprotstavlja postmodernom Zapadu (uvodi duhovnost i tradiciju u javnu sferu) i geopolitički se angažuje na stvaranju multipolarnosti i ravnoteže snaga. Rusija tako napušta Zapad. To stvara drugačiju paradigmu, ali ne samo za Rusiju nego za ceo svet. U radu se rat posmatra kao posledica, a ne kao uzrok svetske krize (koja je takođe posledica). Uzroci su u nemogućnosti postmoderne (u svim njenim aspektima) da se kao paradigma nametne celom svetu.
