Neoliberalna ideologizacija rada i početak sindikalizacije u industriji video-igara

Sažetak


Tema rada je aktuelni problem kranča (crunch), koji je jedan od najčešćih razloga velike fluktuacije zaposlenih u industriji video-igara. Cilj članka je utvrđivanje ideoloških pretpostavki na kojima počiva ova industrija, njihovo manifestovanje u praksi, posledice i mogućnosti otpora. Ideologizacija rada podrazumeva proces kreiranja implicitnih znanja, vrednosti, uverenja i hegemonih diskursa neoliberalizma koji normalizuju i omogućavaju politiku upravljanja. Značajnu ulogu u tome ima oblikovanje emocija strasti i ljubavi prema radu, koje funkcioniše kroz hibridizaciju radnog vremena i dokolice, radnog i domaćeg prostora, kompanije i porodice. Radi formiranja sindikalne svesti u industriji video-igara neophodno je prethodno razumeti ovu ideološku strukturu.
