Popis stanovništva 2022. godine u Srbiji: društvenopolitički kontekst i metodološke inovacije

Sažetak

Od prvog modernog popisa u Srbiji 1866. godine do danas sprovedeno je 20 popisa, međutim, kontroverze u javnosti u vezi sa sprovođenjem, strukturom pitanja i upotrebom podataka, nikad nisu bile veće. Društveno-politički kontekst, slično kao i u drugim evropskim državama, koji je prethodio popisu, obeležen je stidljivim pozivima predstavnika vlasti na učešće u popisu, skromnom kampanjom Republičkog zavoda za statistiku, teorijama zavera na društvenim mrežama i pozivima na bojkot. Sa druge strane, uprkos metodološkim unapređenjima, popis je obeležen problemima u sprovođenju, nedovoljno obučenim popisivačima, nedostatkom ljudstva na terenu i imputiranjem nepopisanih lica iz administrativnih izvora. Čini se da su ovog puta neki od važnijih uzroka problema u sprovođenju terenskog dela akcije i ponovne metodološke nekompatibilnosti sa prethodnim popisima, bili neadekvatna komunikacija sa javnošću i nedovoljna obučenost popisivača.
