Politički sistem Rusije – između demokratije i autoritarnosti
Sažetak
Glavni cilj istraživanja u ovom radu jeste da se izvrši ocena prirode demokratizacije političkog sistema Rusije u periodu između 1985. i 2000. godine. Autori analiziraju posmatrani period transformacije Rusije na temelju koncepta S. Hantingtona, koji se smatra najadekvatnijom teorijom demokratizacije. Autori su pokušali da pruže odgovore na sledeća pitanja: Do kojih je promena došlo tokom procesa koji je pokrenuo M. Gorbačov, poznatog kao perestrojka, neuspelog procesa liberalizacije sovjetske Rusije, kojim je „započeo“ treći talas demokratizacije Ruske Federacije? Drugo, kakva je specifičnost demokratizacije političkog sistema za vreme predsedničkog mandata Borisa Jeljcina. I konačno, kada je u Rusiji počelo udaljavanje od demokratije. Te analize se čine sasvim opravdanim zbog činjenice da se njima mogu objasniti razlozi za udaljavanje od demokratije tokom predsedničkih mandata V. Putina i formiranja autoritarne države u Rusiji u 21. veku. Da bi se verifikovala hipoteza i dali odgovori na pitanja koja se istražuju, izabrali smo klasični metod za društvene nauke (metod donošenja odluka, sistemski metod i studije slučaja).
