Konceptualizovanje homo sensus academicus mobilis: ka promeni paradigme u razumevanju savremene globalne akademske mobilnosti

Sažetak


Akademska mobilnost je istorijska praksa koja se pretvorila u zapadnjački amblem našeg vremena u mešavini postmodernosti i neoliberalnog kapitalizma. Visokoškolske institucije, sada bastioni internacionalizacije, doživele su eksponencijalni rast akademske mobilnosti izvan nacionalnih i regionalnih granica. U ovom radu se osporavaju i ispituju preovlađujuća teorijska gledišta o ovoj temi kroz polustrukturirani pregled literature i kritičku komparativnu teorijsku analizu aktuelnih paradigmi akademske mobilnosti. Argumentuju se njihovi redukcionistički pristupi, koji u velikoj meri zanemaruju emocionalne, kulturne, socioekonomske i neoliberalne aspekte akademske mobilnosti. Kao odgovor, ovim radom se predlaže Homo Sensus Academicus Mobilis, novi tripartitni konceptualni spoj Homo Academicus-a, akademskog kapitalizma i emocija u pokretu. Ovaj eksperimentalni okvir stavlja učesnike akademske mobilnosti u svoju srž, mapirajući glavne elemente koji oblikuju njihovo iskustvo akademske mobilnosti, od mikro do makronivoa. Doprinos Homo Sensus Academicus Mobilis-a ogleda se u širenju interdisciplinarnog pogleda, prihvatanju kosmopolitske perspektive i priznavanju emocionalnog rada u akademskim strukturama i hijerarhijama moći.
