Unapređivanje pripreme za istražno ispitivanje osumnjičenih: multidisciplinarna perspektiva

Sažetak


Postavljanje i unapređivanje standarda istražnog ispitivanja je važna tema za policiju, građane i, naposletku, za društvo. Ovaj rad pokušava da poboljša policijsko ispitivanje osumnjičenih. Osim toga, doprinosimo razvijanju koncepta istražnog ispitivanja povezujući ga sa značajnim uvidima naučnika koji proučavaju društvena kretanja. Razlike u teorijama odražavaju različite pristupe u ispitivanju osumnjičenih. U ovom članku istražujemo niz teorija koje mogu da unaprede pripremu za istražni intervju osumnjičenih. Pružamo višedimenzionalni kvalitet u radu, tako što preuzimamo teorije iz sociologije, psihologije i bihevioralnih studija, menjajući ih i prilagođavajući ih postupku istražnog ispitivanja osumnjičenih. Glavna istraživačka metoda primenjena u članku je analiza sadržaja. Članak, takođe i njegov zaključak impliciraju na razumevanje važnosti koju ima planiranje istražnog ispitivanja osumnjičenih. Rezultati studije ukazuju na potrebu za aktivnim traženjem najboljih praksi za istražno ispitivanje osumnjičenih. Razumevanje onoga što neku osobu navodi da počini zločin takođe može biti presudan aspekt u policijskoj istrazi. Nalazi studije mogu da posluže kao podstrek za procenu i unapređenje postojećih praksi ispitivanja osumnjičenih i da doprinesu proširenju znanja u ovoj oblasti. Gore pomenuto predstavlja dobru osnovu za razvoj simulacionih modela za obuku istražitelja.
