(Re)konstrukcija identiteta visokoobrazovanih povratnika: slučaj Srbija

Sažetak


Cilj rada je analiza empirijskih podataka prikupljenih fokus-grupnim istraživanjem kojim je ispitivano iskustvo i oblikovanje identiteta visokoobrazovanih povratnika koji su se neko vreme školovali u inostranstvu. Polazimo od teorijske pretpostavke identiteta kao društvene kategorije, što znači da je on rezultat interakcije između ljudi, institucija i prakse, te je stoga promenljiv, u stalnom procesu oblikovanja i nikad završen. Akcenat će biti na analizi izgradnje identiteta ispitanika i njihovih stavova prema pojedinačnim identitetskim komponentama. Iz razgovora se zaključuje da je migraciono iskustvo u velikoj meri uticalo na izgradnju i razumevanje sopstvenog identiteta, da on ostaje otvoren za uticaje novih društvenih sredina pri čemu se zadržavaju i obrisi nacionalne kulture.
