Višedimenzionalnost svakodnevnih iskustava internacionalizacije korišćenjem kolaborativne autoetnografije

narativi o pripadnosti i prelasku granica dve sociološkinje

Sažetak


U ovom radu se pojašnjavaju pristupi kolaborativnoj autoetnografiji (engl. CAE) na osnovu iskustava dve univerzitetske profesorke koje žive u Irskoj. Kako navode Elis i saradnici (Ellis et al., 2011), autoetnografija „pokušava da opiše i sistematski analizira lično iskustvo kako bi se shvatilo kulturološko iskustvo“. Kao dve sociološkinje, retrospektivno i selektivno analiziramo iskustva u vezi sa međunarodnim akademskim životom; granicama, kulturnim normama i identitetom. Razmatramo pripadnost da bismo istražili akademsku mobilnost u kontekstima naših života.
Istražujemo odnose između podstičućih/ograničavajućih faktora koji doprinose našoj angažovanosti u proizvodnji znanja i pripadnosti novim akademskim okruženjima van naših mesta porekla. Tanjina priča dokumentuje njeno doktorsko putovanje iz Slovenije u Irsku, upoznavanje sa kulturnim miljeom zemlje domaćina kako bi se angažovala u akademskom životu, odlazak iz Irske i povratak kući, što nije značilo povratak u „poznato“. Lisin narativ pokazuje sinergiju sa Tanjinim prosvetljujućim emocijama prilikom ulaska u Veliku Britaniju 2017. godine, u vreme naglašenog antiemigrantskog raspoloženja. Međutim, njena iskustva prilikom povratka tokom pandemije virusa COVID-19 uzdrmala su njeno zamišljanje povratka kući.
Koristeći konverzacioni stil, istražujemo sličnosti/razlike u iskustvima međunarodnih akademskih karijera. Ovaj rad baca svetlo na kolaborativnu autoetnografiju radi otvaranja konceptualnih puteva u višeslojne dimenzije akademskih iskustava, naglašavajući njen značaj u međunarodnom kreiranju politike visokog obrazovanja.
