Metodološke smernice za naučno istraživanje lažnih dojava o podmetnutim eksplozivnim napravama u Republici Srbiji

Sažetak


Tokom 2022. i 2023. godine Srbiju je zahvatio talas lažnog prijavljivanja podmetanja eksplozivnih naprava na javnim mestima (tzv. telefonski terorizam). U javnosti je to senzacionalistički predstavljano kao terorizam, sajber-terorizam, visokotehnološki kriminal, pismo-bomba, lažno prijavljivanje krivičnog dela, ugrožavanje javnog reda i mira i specijalni rat, čime se doprinosilo nervozi građana i poremećaju uobičajenog stila života, ali i nepoverenju u državnu vlast. Kako „telefonski terorizam“ nije bio predmet naučnog interesovanja u Srbiji; kako su evidentne metodološke dileme pri tumačenju/istraživanju pojava; kako postoje problemi distanciranja „telefonskog terorizma“ od sličnih pretnji i kako je u vezi s tim očigledna pojmovno-kategorijalna haotičnost, postojala je potreba da se iz ugla sociologije terorizma utvrde izvesne metodološke smernice za buduće istraživače.
