Prevratnički potencijal i pozicija masovnih medija tokom Arapskog proleća – slučaj Tunisa, Egipta i Sirije
Sažetak
Serija demonstracija na prostoru arapskih zemalja označena je sintagmom Arapsko proleće. Na masovnost građanskog okupljanja i krajnji epilog umnogome su uticala sredstva masovne komunikacije, sa dominantnom pozicijom društvenih mreža. U korenu sukoba nalazili su se socijalni problemi u ovom delu sveta i duboko ukorenjeni režimi sa velikom količinom moći. Krajnji cilj ovog vida građanske neposlušnosti bio je usmeren ka promenama vlasti. U ovom radu akcenat stavljamo na države u kojima je došlo do prevrata, Tunis i Egipat, ali i na Siriju, kao državu sa značajnim nemirima i tvrdom reakcijom snaga bezbednosti, analizirajući kontekst nastajanja nemira, tok događaja i krajnji epilog.
