Uticaj veštačke inteligencije na obavljanje profesija u pravosuđu

Sažetak


Veštačka inteligencija (VI) transformiše razne sektore, pa ni pravosudni sistem nije izuzetak. Autorka ovog rada istražuje uticaj VI na obavljanje profesija u pravosuđu. Integracija VI u pravosudne sisteme pruža značajnu korist u smislu efikasnosti, dostupnosti pravde i tačnosti u donošenju odluka. Međutim, ona takođe predstavlja izazove kojima se moramo pozabaviti putem pažljivog sprovođenja VI, etičkih razmatranja i stalnog prilagođavanja. Iako je upotreba VI u pravosuđu u porastu i razlikuje se u zavisnosti od zemlje, ona donosi potencijalne rizike u vezi sa osnovnim pravima. U ovom tekstu autorka procenjuje da li upotreba VI od strane stručnjaka u pravosuđu ugrožava pravo na pravično suđenje, uključujući i pravo na nezavisne i nepristrasne sudove, ravnopravnost strana u postupku itd. Autorka takođe procenjuje da li neke od uvedenih alatki, naročito one koje predviđaju sudske odluke i povratništvo, krše osnovna prava. Na kraju, autorka procenjuje opcije daljeg razvoja i upotrebe VI u pravosudnim profesijama.
