Spomenici ranih istočnoslovensko-srpskih književnih veza kao izvori za proučavanje srpskog identiteta

Sažetak


Veći deo rada posvećen je izlaganju dosadašnjih važnijih rezultata proučavanja Zakonopravila Svetog Save, uključujući podatke o srpskoslovenskim prepisima, srpskoj skraćenoj redakciji i primercima moskovske štampane Krmčije iz 1649–1653. u domaćim zbirkama. Daje se sažet pregled uočenih tragova primene Zakonopravila i njegovog uticaja na život i svest Srba u srednjem veku. Značajno mesto među njima ima ostvarivanje ideje simfonije Crkve i države, i njihova saradnja u regulisanju bračnih odnosa. Autor je mišljenja da je ličnost Svetog Save i njegovo delovanje, a u okviru njega i Zakonopravilo, doprinelo oblikovanju srpskog identiteta. Osvrće se na značaj Žičke besede Svetog Save o pravoj veri i Sinodika Pravoslavlja, i skreće pažnju na neophodnost proučavanja srpskih prepisa Pandekta Nikona Crnogorca.
