Pretpostavke i učesnici socijalnog dijaloga na digitalnim platformama sa osvrtom na Srbiju
Sažetak
Cilj ovog rada je ispitivanje mogućnosti socijalnog dijaloga na digitalnim platformama i uloge sindikata u zaštiti prava digitalnih radnika. Autor polazi od pretpostavke da digitalizacija rada dovodi do radikalnih promena u sferi rada što rezultira nastankom novih oblika zapošljavanja i regulatornih izazova. Predmet analize obuhvata definisanje statusa digitalnih radnika, regulative EU, poziciju sindikata i studiju slučaja Srbije, gde je digitalni rad u porastu, ali uz neregulisane uslove. U zaključnim razmatranjima se ukazuje na neophodnost socijalnog dijaloga na digitalnim platformama čiji je preduslov izmena postojećeg radnog zakonodavstva kroz proširenje definicije radnika, definisanja platformi kao poslodavaca i davanja mogućnosti sindikatima da kolektivno organizuju ove radnike.
