Rušenje granica: tradicionalni sindikati u Srbiji i borba za prava platformskih radnika

Sažetak


Rad analizira prepreke sa kojima se suočavaju sindikati u Srbiji prilikom organizovanja platformskih radnika i prilagođavanja novim oblicima rada. Pomoću kvalitativnih metoda, rad istražuje normativne, regulatorne i kulturološko-kognitivne izazove u definisanju statusa platformskih radnika u odsustvu jasnog zakonodavnog okvira koji reguliše platformski rad. Rezultati rada empirijski dokazuju tezu Ketlin Telen (Kathleen Thelen) o uticaju društveno-ekonomskih faktora i potencijala za izgradnju koalicija na institucionalne promene. U radu se naglašava potreba za zakonodavnim reformama kako bi se jasno definisao status platformskih radnika i stvorio prostor za prilagođavanje promenama u prirodi rada do kojih je došlo pod uticajem tehnologije.
