Navigacija digitalne granice: rad na onlajn platformama i njegovi izazovi na Zapadnom Balkanu

Sažetak


Rad istražuje razvoj platformske ekonomije na Zapadnom Balkanu, naglašavajući njene jedinstvene izazove i mogućnosti. Cilj je da se razume regionalni uticaj digitalne transformacije, pri čemu je poseban fokus stavljen na barijere kao što su ograničena digitalna infrastruktura, regulatorne prepreke i značajni rodni dispariteti u onlajn radnoj snazi. Kako bi se ispitala ova pitanja, u istraživanju se koristi komparativna analiza i studije slučaja, čime se omogućava identifikacija kritičnih nedostataka u zakonodavnoj zaštiti i različitih stepena zastupljenosti polova i njihovih primanja. Naglašavajući potrebu za unapređenjem digitalne pismenosti i jačanjem konkurencije, istraživanje nudi dobro utemeljene mere za unapređenje digitalne ekonomije u ovom regionu i naglašava dodatne pravce za buduća istraživanja. Nalazi su posebno korisni kreatorima politika, platformskim preduzetnicima i drugim zainteresovanim stranama koje žele da se pozabave regionalnim nejednakostima, poboljšaju digitalnu inkluziju i podstaknu pravedniju i otporniju platformsku ekonomiju na Zapadnom Balkanu.
