Fenomen proekološkog kriminaliteta: krivičnopravni i kriminološki aspekti

Sažetak


U radu se istražuje fenomen proekološkog kriminaliteta sagledan iz dvostruke, krivičnopravne i kriminološke perspektive. U prvom delu obrađeni su pojam i osnovne karakteristike proekološkog kriminaliteta. U drugom delu razmotreni su različiti krivičnopravni instituti koje smo doveli u vezu sa proekološkim krivičnim delima. U trećem delu pažnja je poklonjena raznorodnim etiološkim i fenomenološkim aspektima proekološkog kriminaliteta, uključujući i veći broj kriminoloških i socioloških teorija koje smo pokušali da upotrebimo zarad objašnjenja predmetnog kriminaliteta. Između ostalog, naročito je ukazano na vrste objekata radnje izvršenja proekoloških krivičnih dela, na način propisivanja takvih krivičnih dela, na razgraničenje tipova proekoloških prestupa prema stepenu njihove društvene opasnosti, na prirodu ciljeva, tehnika i strategija proekoloških zločina, na vigilantne aspekte radikalnog eko-aktivizma, na pojedine savremene/sajber oblike proekološkog kriminaliteta, kao i na potrebu proširenja predmeta zelene kriminologije na polje proekoloških zločina.
