(Još jednom) O konceptu bezbednosti i skica modifikovane teorije sekuritizacije

Sažetak


Glavni predmet istraživanja ovog rada jeste pojam bezbednosti. No, konceptualna analiza je obavljena na specifičan način, to jest kroz izlaganje grubog nacrta modifikacije popularne teorije sekuritizacije. Bezbednost se posmatra kao vrednost čije je postojanje povezano sa očuvanjem etabliranog vrednosnog sistema određenog društva, što se koristi kao osnova za dalje promišljanje prirode odnosa bezbednosti i ideologije. Stanovište da bezbednost kao vrednost može biti bez poteškoća uključena u postojeće ideološke sisteme, omogućava da ona bude predmet Altiserovih državnih ideoloških aparata. Korišćenjem teorija države i ideologije francuskog filozofa prevazilaze se glavni nedostaci teorije sekuritizacije, odnosno slaba vidljivost strukturalnih faktora koji omogućavaju realizaciju pomenutog procesa.
