ТРГОВИНА ЉУДИМА У ОКВИРУ СИСТЕМА МЕЂУНАРОДНОГ УСВОЈЕЊА – (НЕ)РЕШИВ ПРОБЛЕМ
Sažetak
Рад се бави сагледавањем односа између трговине људима и међународних усвојења из угла међународног (кривичног) права. Основни циљ рада јесте указати на специфичан положај међународних усвојења у контексту трговине људима, с једне стране, као и на комплексност њихове повезаности и неопходност регулисања, с друге стране. У ту сврху у раду су представљени ставови и мишљења аутора који су испитивали наведени однос, уз осврт на актуелна (међународна) документа у области трговине људима и међународних усвојења. Међутим, иако циљ рада није одговор на питање да ли је међународно усвојење, per se, облик трговине људима, на крају се, као
значајна препрека изучавању међународних усвојења, а у њиховој вези са трговином људима, идентификује непостојање сагласности међу самим ауторима, а нарочито по питању значења кључних појмова. Као адекватно решење препознаје се поновно сагледавање и реформа међународног права у области трговине људима и међународних усвојења.
