МОНЕТАРНИ КРЕДИБИЛИТЕТ КАО ДРУШТВЕНА ВРЕДНОСТ У САВРЕМЕНОМ МОНЕТАРНОМ ПРАВУ И ПРАВУ ЦЕНТРАЛНИХ БАНАКА
Sažetak
Предмет анализе у овом раду јесте утврђивање значаја и места концепта монетарног кредибилитета у нормама савременог монетарног права. У том контексту, се у првом делу рада разматра појам монетарног кредибилитета, утврђују његова обележја и консеквенце на имплементацију стратегије монетарне политике коју утврђује и имплементира централна банка као основни субјект монетарноправних односа. У другом делу рада, указује се на импликације концепта монетарног кредибилитета на поверење које грађани (монетарни корисници) дају домаћим монетарним агентима приликом обликовања структуре и извора монетарне јурисдикције конкретне државе што је, према мишљењу аутора, у функцији заштите економских права какво је право на здраву и чврсту валуту, односно, право на монетарну стабилност која представља јавно добро од практичног значаја за животни стандард и уједно институционално обележје одрживог монетарног управљања.
