СЛОБОДА КРЕТАЊА РАДНИКА У ЕУ У НОВИМ ОКОЛНОСТИМА
Abstract
Слобода кретања радника представља једну од четири слободе на којима почива Европска унија. Временом је ова слобода постала и фундаментално право грађана ЕУ. Данас слобода кретања радника представља једно од најконтроверзнијих решења у праву ЕУ. Постала је својеврсни баласт Уније због опасности од „социјалног дампинга“, изазаваног масовним кретањем радне снаге из сиромашнијих делова Уније у богатије. То озбиљно угрожава смисао ове позитивне идеје, те би она требало да се реконципира.
