ЕНЕРГЕТСКА ПРАВДА У РАЗВОЈУ ЕЛЕКТРОМОБИЛНОСТ: ЗАКОН ЕУ И АСЕАН У УПОРЕДНОМ КОНТЕКСТУ

Sažetak


Да би се супротставиле  климатским променама, разне  државе  усвојиле  суед иновативне  законе  и решења. Електромобилност као климатска политика једно је од решења које може допринети смањењу емисије угљеника. Поред тога, међународне организације као што је Европска унија (ЕУ) подстакле су земље чланице да развију екосистем електричне мобилности. Поред тога, као једна од партнерских организација ЕУ, Асоцијација   земаља југоисточне Азије (АСЕАН) подстакла је земље чланице да усвоје сличне законе и политику у иновацијама електромогутности. Ова студија је испитивала правне иновације ЕУ и АСЕАН-а које су развиле екосистеме електромобилности у контексту поређења енергетске правде. Овај лист тврдида усвајање  принципа енергетске правде у ЕУ и закону АСЕАН-а веома зависи од функције и улоге међународних организација у усвајању закона. Као иновација климатске политике, електромехабилност је уско повезана са енергетском правдом за јавност. Стога је анализа функција и улога међународних организација као што су ЕУ и АСЕАН од кључног значаја. У студији је испитан правни оквир који су усвојили   ЕУ и АСЕАН како би се створио екосистем електромодерности. Сврха студије била је да се добије свеобухватно разумевање улоге и функције вођења закона у међународним организацијама које подржавају климатску политику и доприносе остваривању енергетске правде.
