MOTIVISANOST ZA KOMUNIKACIJU STUDENATA - BUDUĆIH PROSVETNIH RADNIKA

Просветни радници (васпитачи, учитељи, наставници) своју професију остварују различитим облицима комуникације са ученицима, породицама, колегама и друштвеном заједницом. Динамичка димензија њихове комуникационе компетентности усмерава комуникацију. У раду је проучавана структура и јачина мотивисаности будућих просветних радника за интерперсоналну комуникацију. Примењени су Скала мотива за интерперсоналну комуникацију и Упитник о социодемографским одликама. Узорак обухвата 260 студента три факултета у Србији на којима се образују васпитачи, учитељи и наставници. Утврђено је да су студенти највише мотивисани да комуницирају да би се емоционално повезали и разменили наклоности, а следе и следећи мотиви међусобно уједначене снаге: да постигну задовољство у социјалној интеракцији, да се опусте и укључе у социјалну интеракцију; а мање су мотивисани да комуникацијом успоставе контролу или да нешто избегли. Утврђена је једино разлика између студената различитих година студија у мотивацији за интерперсоналну комуникацију ради постизања задовољства и пријатности у току самог комуникационог процеса. Закључено је да образовање будућих наставника треба да садржи обуку како да препознају своје мотиве за комуникацију, да би их интегрисали у одговарајуће професионално деловање.
