Urbanistička analiza mogućnosti izgradnje objekata posebne namene – studija slučaja objekta kontrole letenja na aerodromu „Nikola Tesla“ u Beogradu

Sažetak


Praksa sprovođenja urbanističkih planova za građevinsko područje grada Beograda je pokazala da oni u pojedinim slučajevima ne sadrže dovolјno elemenata za neposredno sprovođenje. To se naročito odnosi na lokacije i objekte posebne namene, čije projektovanje i izgradnja zahtevaju prethodno definisanje detalјnijih uslova i pravila uređenja i građenja. U cilјu rešavanja takvih pitanja, autori u radu istražuju praksu izrade urbanističkih analiza, i to na studiji slučaja objekta kontrole letenja na aerodromu „Nikola Tesla” u Beogradu. U radu su prezentovani polazne osnove za izradu urbanističke analize i izvodi iz relevantnih planskih dokumenata, uz analizu postojećeg stanja i uslova na lokaciji. Osnovni rezultati analize su prikazani kroz sagledavanje raspoloživih mogućnosti i kapaciteta lokacije. Posebno je analizirana ocena ispunjenosti kriterijuma za izgradnju tornja kontrole letenja kao visokog objekta i budućeg repera lokacije. Kroz zaklјučna razmatranja u radu se ukazuje na značaj urbanističke analize kao instrumenta implementacije planskih rešenja objekata posebne namene, koja su po svojoj prirodi jedinstvena i od najvećeg nacionalnog značaja. Autori sagledavaju urbanističku analizu i kao naučni metod, uz iznošenje osnovnih smernica i ukazivanje potreba za dalјim istraživanjima.
