Novinarstvo zasnovano na klikovima: uticaj analitike i algoritama na uređivanje onlajn medija

Sažetak


U ovom radu ukazuje se na rastući uticaj veb analitike i algoritama na proces novinarskog i uredničkog odabira, vrednovanja i kreiranja vesti i medijskog sadržaja, kao i na njihovu distribuciju do publike. Konkretnije rečeno, u radu se analizira uticaj podataka o ponašanju publike i njenim interesovanjima na procenu vrednosti vesti i uređivanje onlajn medija. Promene do kojih dolazi pod uticajem „digitalne metrike” dovode u praksi velikog broja medija do sve intenzivnijeg pomeranja od tradicionalne gejtkiping prakse koja podrazumeva „urednički način procene vrednosti vesti” ka gejtvočing praksi koja podrazumeva „procenu vrednosti vesti zasnovane na klikovima”. Stoga se i u teoriji sve češće koriste termini kao što su „merljivo novinarstvo”, „algoritamsko novinarstvo” i „automatizovano novinarstvo” da bi se ukazalo na rastući uticaj analitike i algoritama na savremene onlajn medije i svakodnevnu novinarsku praksu. Koliko je taj uticaj veliki najbolje svedoči činjenica da novi kriterijumi za procenu vrednosti vesti već dopunjavaju tradicionalne profesionalne standarde, a za sve veći broj redakcija postaju čak i primarni kriterijumi za odabir vesti. Zato je cilj ovog rada da detaljnije ukaže na teorijska razmatranja o ovom pitanju, potom na promene koje se dešavaju u novinarskoj praksi pod uticajem analitičkih servisa i sve naprednijih algoritama, ali isto tako i na posledice po uređivanje onlajn medija jer uticaj novih tehnologija na produkciju vesti postaje sve veći i predstavljaće veliki izazov za novinarstvo u budućnosti.
