Sažetak

Neurorazvojni poremećaji uključuju širok spektar poreškoća i oštećanja u razvoju kognitivnih ili motoričkih funkcija. Jedanaesta revizija Međunarodne klasifikacije bolesti (MKB-11), koja je izašla 2018. godine, a čija primena bi trebalo da počne od 2022. godine, je po prvi put uvela dijagnostičku grupu neurorazvojni poremećaji koju čine poremećaji intelektualnog razvoja, razvojni poremećaji govora ili jezika, poremećaj iz spektra autizma, razvojni poremećaji učenja, razvojni poremećaj motoričke koordinacije, poremećaj sa deficitom pažnje i hiperaktivnošću, stereotipni poremećaj pokreta, poremećaj sa tikovima i rezidualna kategorija drugi specifični neurorazvojni poremećaji. Cilj ovog kratkog pregleda je da se predstave glavne dijagnostičke kategorije u MKB – 11 koje čine grupu neurorazvojnih poremećaja i prikažu glavne promene u dijagnostikovanju upotrebom pojedinih poremećaja primenom MKB – 11 u odnosu na dosadašnju MKB – 10. Veruje se da će MKB – 11 omogućiti bolju konceptualizaciju i razumevanje psihopatologije, uključujući i neurorazvojne poremećaje, među kliničarima, te da će u narednim decenijama dijagnostikovanje poremećaja biti ne samo olakašno nego i poboljšano.
