Identitetni kapital kod mladih u Srbiji: pilot studija
Sažetak
U našoj studiji koja se sastoji od 522 ispitane mlade odrasle osobe pokušali smo da utvrdimo nivo integracije u društvo odraslih ljudi i varijable koje doprinose ovom procesu, kao što su opisane u modelu identitetnog kapitala zasnovanog na Eriksonoj teoriji celoživotnog razvoja. Našli smo veoma značajan procenat varijanse integracije u odraslo društvo biva objašnjen određenim ličnim karakteristikama poput samopoštovanja i lokusa kontrole, kao i varijablama vezanim za identitet poput formiranja obaveza, identifikacija sa obavezivanjem eksploracijom u širinu i dubinu. Varijable koje utiču na negativan ishod formiranja identiteta poput ruminativne eksploracije nemaju značajan uticaj na model. Posmatrajući ranije studije možemo reći da starost mladih raste, tako raste i uticaj varijabli vezanih za identitet na model.
