UTICAJ CENTRALNE DEBLJINE ROŽNJAČE NA VREDNOSTI INTRAOKULARNOG PRITISKA IZMERENOG DVEMA METODAMA: GOLDMANOVOM APLANACIONOM I DINAMIČKOM KONTURNOM TONOMETRIJOM KOD ISPITANIKA SA DIJAGNOZOM PRIMARNOG GLAUKOMA OTVORENOG UGLA

Sažetak


Clij  Cilj studije je bio da se utvrdi uticaj centralne deblije rožnjače (CCT) na visinu IOP-a izmerenog dvema metodama: GAT i DCT kod obolelih od glaukoma otvorenog ugla.

Metode Studija je obuhvatila 150 ispitanika (300 očiju) sa dijagnozom primarnog glaukoma otvorenog ugla (54 muškaraca) starosti 59.39± 13.12 godina. IOP je meren dvema metodama: GAT i DCT. Određivana je CCT (ultrazvučni pahimetar). DCT uvodi još jednu vrednost- okularnu pulsnu amplitudu (OPA).

Rezultati. IOP izmeren GAT metodom bio je niži u poređenju sa IOP-om izmerenim DCT metodom (17.71±3.35mmHg vs 19.80± 3.67mmHg). Povezanost IOP-a izmerenog GAT metodom sa IOP-a izmerenim DCT metodom bila je visoko statistički značajna pozitivnog smera (r= 0.867, p< 0.01). Povezanost CCT sa IOP-om izmernim GAT metodom kod svih ispitanika bila je visoko statistički značajna (r=0.198, p< 0.01), dok je povezanost CCT sa IOP-om izmernim DCT metodom bila statistički značajna (r=0.180, p< 0.05). Pri promeni CCT za svakih 10 μm dolazi do promene IOP-a izmerenog GAT metodom za 0.3mmHg, dok je prosečna promena IOP-a izmerenog DCT metodom za 0.4mmHg. CCT je visoko statistički značajno pozitivno korelirala sa OPA (r=0.204, p< 0.01). Povezanost OPA sa IOP-om izmerenog GAT metodom (r= 0.393, p< 0.01) i IOP-om izmerenog DCT metodom (r= 0.452, p< 0.01) visoko značajna.

Zaključak IOP izmeren GAT metodom bio je niži u poređenju sa IOP-om izmerenim DCT metodom. CCT je imala uticaj na IOP izmeren obema metodama: GAT i DCT. Uticaj CCT na IOP- izmeren DCT metodom bio je niži u poređenju sa uticajem CCT na IOP izmeren GAT metodom.
