Sažetak


Osnovni cilj rada je da se ukaže na značaj i ulogu venture capitala u stvaranju nove vrednosti zasnovane na ekonomiji znanja. Pregledom relevantne literature o venture capitalu, ovaj rad predstavlja značaj ulaganja fondova rizičnog kapitala u inovativne aktivnosti MSP koji su od uticaja na privredni rast. U okviru značaja i kvantificiranja ukupnih efekata venture capital ulaganja, koristiće se pregled i trend ulaganja venture capitala u sektore ekonomije u Evropi koji generišu veći broj patenata. Prema podacima u periodu od 2007 - 2015. godine definisaće se projekcije ulaganja venture capitala u sektore ekonomije znanja kao i pregled broja registrovanih patenata u istim. Empirijska analiza je pokazala da sektori ekonomije znanja u koje venture capital investira generišu više patenata. Pored toga, u radu su analizirane venture capital investicije i inovacione aktivnosti MSP koje se ogledaju u patent aktivnostima, gde za rezultat imamo visoku korelisanost tih aktivnosti u evropskim ekonomijama.
