Analiza odnosa kvaliteta usluga visokog obrazovanja i bihejvioralnih namera univerzitetskih studenata

Sažetak


U ovom radu se istražuje da li su namere studenta vođene kvalitetom servisa pruženog kako od menadžmenta fakulteta, tako i od osoblja koje pruža nastavne i administrativne usluge studentima. Uzorak istraživanja obuhvata 517 studenata Univerziteta u Novom Sadu. U cilju ispitivanja postojanja statistički značajne povezanosti između kvaliteta usluga visokog obrazovanja i bihejvioralnih namera studenata, korišćena je hijerarhijska višestruka regresiona analiza. Rezultati analize su pokazali da dostupnost i podrška nastavnog osoblja, kao i podrška menadžmenta fakulteta imaju statistički značajnu povezanost sa bihejvioralnim namerama studenata. Rezultati ove studije ukazuju da se unapređenje kvaliteta usluge na univerzitetu pozitivno odražava na namere ponašanja studenata.
