Obim i vrste menadžment konsalting usluga za MSP u Vojvodini
Sažetak
Rast i razvoj malih i srednjih preduzeća zavisi od mnogobrojnih eksternih i internih faktora, kao i obima, vrste i kvaliteta podrške koja im je dostupna. U radu se ističe značaj menadžment znanja i veština u malom biznisu, kao i značaj menadžment konsaltinga u njihovom sticanju i razvoju.Istražuje se i analizira obim korišćenja menadžment konsalting (MK) usluga, zasebno u mikro, malim i srednjim preduzećima. Pored toga, dolazi se i do saznanja koje vrste MK usluga najčešće koriste preduzeća različitih veličina. Na taj način su dobijeni kvalitativni i kvantitativni podaci za svaku grupu preduzeća, i po pitanju vrste i obima korišćenih MK usluga.Uočava se da mikro preduzeća malo koriste MK usluge, i to one opštijeg karaktera, dok sa rastom preduzeća dolazi do povećanja obima korišćenja, ali i sofisticiranosti korišćenih usluga. Dobijeni rezultati mogu biti korisni kako za sama mala i srednja preduzeća, tako i za institucionalne i privatne pružaoce menadžment konsalting usluga.
