Nova zaposlenost i poslovne mogućnosti u Srbiji

Sažetak


Ekonomska teorija nam sugeriše da pojedinci ili preduzeća preduzimaju takav skup aktivnosti za dati iznos resursa koji dovodi do maksimiziranja njihove korisnosti ili profita. Cilj ovog rada je da ispita da li prethodna saznanja o poslovnim mogućnostima utiču na odluke preduzeća o novom zapošljavanju. Da bismo ispitali tu pretpostavku, kombinovali smo podatke iz Ankete poslodavaca koju je Nacionalna služba za zapošljavanje Srbije sprovela 2012. godine sa podacima Agencije za privredne registre. Logit model trostrukog izbora je korišćen za ocenjivanje ishoda koji su rezultat odluka preduzeća za dati skup nezavisnih promenljivih. U odnosu na odluke koje donose, preduzeća se klasifikuju u tri kategorije: (i) ona koja nisu imala promene u broju zaposlenih, (ii) koja su povećala broj zaposlenih zbog povoljnih, i (iii) koja su smanjila broj zaposlenih zbog nepovoljnih poslovnih mogućnosti. Dobili smo da su nivo zaposlenosti u prethodnoj godini i relativne promene u broju zaposlenih u dve uzastopne godine, kao i starost i veličina preduzeća do određene mere, uticali na odluke preduzeća o novom zapošljavanju.
