Finansijska efikasnost meksičkih organizacija korisnika voda: DEA pristup
Sažetak
Apstrakt Ова студија се фокусира на финансијску процену 32 општинска WUO у Мексику током 2019. и 2021. године, применом ДЕА. Дакле, покушава да одговори на питање: Колика је финансијска ефикасност општинских ООА у Мексику 2019. и 2021. године и шта се може побољшати? Хипотеза представљена у овој студији је да постоје значајне разлике у финансијској ефикасности општинских WUO у Мексику. Његов циљ је да процени финансијски учинак WUO. Да би се то урадило, ДЕА методологије се користе са ЦЦР и БЦЦ моделима за мерење техничке ефикасности и примењују се на ООА у смислу њихове еволуције у просечној ефикасности. Уопштено говорећи, већина WUO показује све већи принос на обим. Коначно, WUO морају генерисати стратегије које оптимизују њихову оперативну и финансијску ефикасност, побољшавају управљање приходима и усвајају добре праксе.
