Klasteri u funkciji inovativnih aktivnosti i konkurentnosti preduzeća

Sažetak


Jedan od ključnih razloga formiranja klastera u savremenim uslovima poslovanja je razvoj i difuzija inovacija u cilju postizanja konkurentske prednosti preduzeća. U radu se ističe značaj klastera za jačanje inovativnosti preduzeća, kao i njihov značaj za ekonomski razvoj regiona i zemalja u kojima posluju. U radu će se posebno ukazati na značaj klastera za jačanje inovativnosti i konkurentnosti privrede Srbije. Posebno će se razmotriti poslovanje Automobilskog klastera Srbije. Klasteri omogućavaju preduzećima u Srbiji da kroz kooperaciju uklone ograničavajuće faktore svog rasta i razvoja. Podaci prezentirani u radu pokazuju da preduzeća povećavaju nivo svojih inovativnih aktivnosti nakon ulaska u klaster, što takodje utiče na povećanje prihoda nakon lansiranja novih i modifikovanih proizvoda.
