Sažetak
Циљ: Истражити експресију гликозилфосфатидилинозитолманозилтрансферазе 1 (ГМП1) у серуму пацијената са дијабетесом типа 2 (Т2ДМ) и његову корелацију са хипертриглицеридемијом (ХТГ) како би се разјаснио ефекат Т2ДМ поремећаја метаболизма липида. Методе: Уписано је 239 испитаника, укључујући 92 пацијента са Т2ДМ у комбинацији са ХТГ групом и 147 пацијената са Т2ДМ без ХТГ групе. Квантитативно детекција концентрације протеина ГМП1 у серуму путем ен.
Методе: Уписано је 239 испитаника, укључујући 92 пацијента са Т2ДМ у комбинацији са ХТГ групом и 147 пацијената са Т2ДМ без ХТГ групе. Концентрација серумског протеина ГМП1 је квантитативно детектована ензимским имуносорбентним тестом (ЕЛИСА). Поред тога, нивои серумских триглицерида (ТГ) и других сродних метаболичких индикатора (као што су глукоза у крви, гликатирани хемоглобин (ХбА1ц), укупни холестерол и холестерол липопротеина високе/ниске густине) су детектовани конвенционалним биохемијским методама. Процијенити потенцијални утицај ГМП1 на појаву Т2ДМ у комбинацији са ХТГ.
РЕЗУЛТАТИ: Серумски нивои ГМП1 у ДМ групи и ДМ + ХТГ групи су значајно повећани (П < 0,01). Ниво ГМП1 у ДМ + ХТГ групи је знатно већи од оног у ДМ групи (П < 0,05 или 0,01). Серумски нивои ГМП1 су значајно повећани код пацијената са Т2ДМ и ХТГ. Серумски нивои ГМП1 (ОР = 1.527, 95% ЦИ 1.200--1.943) су одређени бинарном логистичком регресионом анализом. 95% ЦИ 1.003-1.010) су независни фактори ризика за ХТГ и Т2ДМ. Корелационе анализе показале су да код пацијената са Т2ДМ (посебно у групи ДМ + ХТГ). Мултиплана регресија је даље показала да, након контролисања фактора као што су старост, пол, трајање болести, ИМТ и ХбА1ц, виши нивои крвних ГМП1 нивоа наставили су да буду предиктор или независни фактор за пацијенте са Т2ДМ компликованим ХТГ (П<0,05).
Закључак: Серумски нивои ГМП1 су значајно повишени код пацијената са Т2ДМ, посебно код пацијената са хипертриглицеридемијом и су независно и позитивно повезани са триглицеридима.
